Camping/Roadtrip advice !?

My family and I are planning a to go on a road trip for two weeks and we need some help on where to go. We are starting in FL and planning on going somewhere on the East coast but we need to camp the whole way. We need campsites with waterfalls, rivers, and lakes. Any advice would help ! Thanks :)
