Camping Menu? Strict guidlines....?

Hi. Thanks for reading this question. :)
I'm going on a school camping trip where me and my group have to prepare our own meals. We aren't aloud to have any junk food. So gum, candy, cake, cookies, chips, soft drinks, etc. will not be allowed on the trip. The teachers reccomend juice boxes and concentrates because they can be frozen to help keep the ice chest cool. Glass, bottled, or canned drinks are not allowed. That's screwed up. We can't even have bottled water! Ughhhh.
Any suggestions on what to eat? Were staying Wednesday - Friday, and so I need help with; Breakfast: Thursday/Friday, Lunch: Thursday/Wednesday, Dinner: Thursday/Wednesday.
Oh, and Thursday's lunch iis on a hike, so it needs to be packed, but were eating at a beach.
Thanks SO much,
Lauren

I'm very love camping... Usually I eat this:
Breakfast Thursday: fried potato with ham and scrambled egg
> you must use intact potato, and slice them stretch.

Breakfast Friday: Chicken Soup
> not cream soup, it's clear soup. Simple. Just boil chicken slice, potato slice, carrot slice, and celery slice, and add salt, peper.

Lunch Thursday: fried rice
> simple. first fried the garlic, and put the rice and prawn slice, and corn and egg, add soysauce, salt, peper.

Lunch Wednesday: Mayonaise shrimp
> fried shrimps with flour and eat with mayonaise. so simple.

Dinner Thursday: Chinese fried meat
> fried meat, red, green, and yellow bell peper, and add soysauce, salt, peper, onion, garlic, and slice of pineapple.

Dinner Wednesday: BBQ!!!
> roast meat, bell peper, onion, prawn, stab them in one piece of stabber. and put on the fire, and covered with BBQ sauce.

It's just my suggestion, it's up to you...
Good luck!

You can't go wrong with turkey or ham sandwiches! They're also quick to make.
I'd probably put some veggies or sliced fruits in some Ziploc baggies, like carrots, strawberries, grapes, etc. There are lots of things to chose from when it comes to juice boxes. Welch's makes great ones, and a lot of brands make bigger ones for people who aren't little kids anymore.
They're the perfect size, just check the drink isle in your nearest grocery store.

If you like PB&J sandwiches, that might be great to make also. You could pack some extra peanutbutter to dip some apples in.
Raisins and nuts are good, they fill you up pretty nicely.
