camping in put-in-bay?

where is a good place to go camping in or within a ferry ride of put-in-bay?
also, any good campgrounds with cabins?
itll be mid july when we go so it might be too hot to stay in a tent.

if it helps, everyone going is between 19-22 so we'd like to stay somewhere where theres fun stuff to do,
