Camping and acne problem?

So I am going camping 2morrow with my friend, and I guarantee we will be sweaty and dirty. I break out easily. I will continue to do my regular face routine. Which is the clean and clear advantage kit.
I have a zit now that is under the skin maybe cystic, and it wont go away. i dont want it to get worse! I also have small zits.
I am going camping tomorrow till sunday..and then i leave again monday till wednesday. i have face wipes. but i like a little coverup to hide my acne scars. so yeah. i dont want the wipes to take off the coverup.
any tips??

Some experts say that sun exposure is good for acne prone skin so hurrah for you! I think you may have to forgoe the cover-up, but that's probably good, sweat and coverup seems like it could lead to more break outs. As for acne in general, I struggle with cyst like acne, and I recently went to a skin care specialist, the appt. cost $30, the skin care regimen cost $100. Hopefully it's worth it, maybe something you could try out?
