camper and satellite and conversion box ?

Hi thanks for looking. We live in Ohio and we just bought a camper. what kind of conversion box do I get to pick up channels with my crank up antennae?Also, does anyone know what I need to pick up the satellite offered in some campgrounds?We just switched to that new system you have to have some kind of converter box to pick up on the antennae.help..and thanks in advance.
