Camp Pendleton Marine Corps move. HELP!!?

Okay so this is our first PCS move. I think Ive got the housing down.. But I have no idea how to get a travel Voucher or get our moving money before we go!! I found the application online, but I don't know who to send it to.. any help with any of this? Or am I heading the wrong direction with this?
 
CONGRATS! Camp pendleton is nice, if youre living in the housing by main gate. bah in this area is quite nice though, i recommend living off base. If you need any help with anything let me know, shoot an email, im in the area and can give advice. other than travel voucher stuff.
