camp counselors abroad for teens?!?!?

so today my friend told me she had heard about some program that pays for your food and board, and you get to teach english at a camp in another country. this sounds really exciting but she couldn't remember its name. do you know, and, if you've done it, how was it?

also, the web site would help and i'm hoping for somewhere in europe or australia
