Hello, I just got hired to work at a camp with kids that are going into kindergarden, I wil be a CIT, and I am 15. This is a camp I have been going to for like 9 years. What are some good tips to know, what are ways that the change from camper to counselor will be, lastly is there any thing that you would wish to know. I know the summer is far off, but this job is really important to me and I want to do my best!! THANKS!
