why wont you go for a doctors check up?
yh they really want a medical history, if you're suffering from a mental illness such as bipolar disorder or depression then they need to know. it's because you'd be working with kids of all ages and they need somebody with a stable and mature attitude.
if you do suffer from this then it's really unlikely that they'll take you. but im pretty sure they have no other requirements. if you're worried about a disability it usually isn't a problem.
again they do need a medical history form filled out by your G.P, so why not go and do it then then be on your why off to camp america?
