Ok, so about 3 months ago I decided I wanted to lose weight, so I started eating really healthily and cut out anything with sugar (not counting fruits) and ate very little fat and meat. I ate about 1000 calories, sometimes even 800 a day, and these all came from healthy foods. I lost a LOT of weight, but then I got very close to anorexia. So to put on weight, for the last 2-3 weeks I've been eating and eating and eating so much, mostly healthy foods, until I feel so bloated I can't move. The thing is, I'm not even hungry when I do this, I go waaaay past the "full" point. But the good news is I've gained the amount of weight I needed and now look much healthier and better, but my stomach feels soooo bloated. What do I do from tomorrow? I want to be super healthy now, I'm past my anorexia phase, and I'm past my binge eating phase, but how do I get back on track?
