Calvary Scout in the Army?

Im thinking about joining the national guard to do this.. Im in college and need some money and i think it would be a great experience to do this while going to college.

does anyone have any experiences or info on this MOS? And how similiar is it to Infantry, Are they in danger alot more then Infantry? Thanks
