I'm 16 and around 5'4 and I've been dieting, eating around 128-138g of protein, 38-42g of carbs, very little fat, closely watching my sodium intake, very little sugar 10-12g, and eating at around 1000 calories per day. In the morning after I wake up I run 2.25 miles then have breakfast, the later in the day, I work out. I take multivitamins to ensure my body has the right amount and such, generally, my diets pretty strict. But my energy levels are always depleted and I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I was hoping to increase my carb intake as well as my caloric intake but not gain back the weight I lost. i'm sticking to sweet potatoes and whole grains, to increase my carbs and calories, is that okay, or will i gain it all back?

also, i'm having a cheat day on Saturday that would be 2540 calories cause my parents are having a big celebration cause of my mom's and sister's birthday... should i skip it in order to not gain weight?? ;O
