Calling outside the country - Sprint?

I understand that without international calling it will cost to text and call someone outside the country, and if they called me, it won't, but if they do call me, will their country name show up on the bill?
Also, does it still cost me if I call them, even in the after hours where calling is free, or is that only for local?
