I decided to take up running and I need 2 very critical things. A good pair of shoes and a sports bra...although I'm only going to concentrate on sports bras in this question, if anybody has suggestion for running shoes, I'd love to hear em!
So I bought this sports bra, although I'm a 34 C, I bought a 36 just because it seemed to fit right and was much easier to get out of. (btw, are bras and sports bras same size?)I bought mine from Wal-Mart but now when I got home, I discovered that it doesn't give me that great of a support...should I buy a sports bra with underwiring? are your boobs supposed to stay exactly in place when running for a sports bra to be deemed good or am I just paranoid and all sports bras still make your boobs bounce to a certain extent?
Any brand suggestions? I want something with a breathable fabric...I'm gonna be wearing this sports bra under a t-shirt so the looks don't matter, I just need a good fit andconfort and...oh and what stores?
