Calling all T-Mobile customers

Been withTMO about 4 years. Switch from Sprint (had the 7100), because of the lower plans.

I enjoy the phone, never had an issue when I've called customer service, (knocking on wood), and i like the afforable plans.

Looking forward to a 3g-Touchscreen-do everything phone. Resisting the temptation to convert to Verizon.

I've had almost every Blackberry, (still have them), and will never leave this phone for any other.

I have been with tmobile since 2006. I agree with everyone
They do have the best plans and great customer service.
Switched from sprint (customer service SUCKS!)
and have had the bb pearl and bb 8320 currently
on unlocked tmobile bb 8900 Would not trade the phone or the service!

Reason: Im with Tmo since 2002, I love their service, great plan. Right now they are offering me a $49.99 unlimited voice as courtesy to a loyal customer. hell yeah I will take it...... My husband got 8330 through Sprint...... even though you got bberry, he still get some drop calls.

I'm in Queens, New York and work as a Consultant.
I chose T-mobile for the following reasons:
- More minutes for your money
- Reasonable pricing on Data Plans
- Unlimited Wifi Calling/Browsing
- Good selection of Blackberry Phones
My Wish List:
- Better phones
- 3G
- 3G
Did I mention 3G....

T-Mobile Flex Pay (no dep, no cred check)

I like tmo for their service and plans. the only thing I'm waiting for is the 3G rollout. Hopfully RIM will come out with a good 3G tmo bb. My dream bb is a touchscreen with a slide out keyboard. Touchscreen keyboards are a waste of time and they take up valuable screen space

Been with Tmo since 2004 when I first got sidekick II. I stay with tmobile bcuz the plans are cheaper than all other companies and the phones aren't bad. I haven't had any bad experiences with customer service. If anything I've been blessed. They always seem to want to send me a new bb free of charge everytime I have a problem with mine (that I couldn't fix through rabroaders help, of course).

I have a BlackBerry Curve 8320 in Sunset, it is my 2nd BlackBerry it was love at 1st sight! Reason why I am with T-Mo is simple; plan prices are just right!

I'm in Rochester, NY and have been with T-Mobile this time for a little over a year. I work for a mid-sized telco/broadband ISP. I was a Sprint PCS customer for 7 years and decided to switch to a GSM carrier as I've started to travel outside the US and really like having a working phone while abroad. Being able to swap in cheap pre-paid local sims is nice too.

I chose T-Mobile over AT&T for a number of reasons, cheaper plans, better customer service, and a poor experience with AT&T when they were Cingulair. I started out with a 7100t, then moved up to a 8100, then bought a 9000. The only thing the 9000 is missing is UMA access. To be honest I don't really mind that I'll never get T-Mobile 3G with my unlocked AT&T Bold. Wifi browsing is plenty fast.

My name is Sonia, from Nashville,Tn and I have been a T-mobile customer since 2002. The plan rates are better, customer service bends over backwards to help you solve any issues that you might be having and the very stylish, but sometimes overly-priced phones...mine? The Blackberry 8320 Titanium

Michael. Near akron, ohio. But I'm from Cleveland area!(GO CAVS) I have been with tmobile for a couple years now, I wish the network was a bit bigger, but, it works! I don't have any complaints, the CS is great! Sometimes in the BB CS they are a tad snobby, that's why I browse rabroad! I may stay with them, will see. I love my BB 8100 wish it showed youtube vids but for most part its great. I will admit I want the tmobile G1, I'm a google nerd!

I've been with T-Mobile off and on for almost four years.
The first time I left was because they didn't offer usvi calling in there plans but now they do so I'm back with them, and it helps because ther cheaper. I've had my bb phone for almost 5 months and I'm loving it.
