Calling all T-Mobile customers

Dave - Savannah, GA - BB 8320 - good value and very helpful, pleasant customer service people. They're right up there with Apple support. Even when I have used non T-Mobile phones they worked hard to try and help me sort things out.

although i am having signal strength issues right now, which is not the norm, i love t-mobile. i have been with Verizon and Sprint and i hate them both. i always had crappy service with Verizon, signal strenght was always terrible, droppled calls, voice mails i had never received and charges out my tailpipe!!!... they are greedy and under edumacated cellphonenazis.Sprint stole from me, i bought a phone i returned it within 3 days and they refunded my 300 dollars as a credit to my sprint account vs. putting the money back in my checking account, which is where the funds came from. then, when i went down there to complain, they called the cops on me... true story.

but you have to love tmo customer service...have no plan on leaving even though my contract is up today!! Normally running to the next carrier I think is better. Recent problems with my Pearl (ok, and several before) and I complained this should not happen so often. I received my replacement Pearl, a new battery, new leather case, and wall charger! Called to make sure I was not going to be charged, and they said: We will note in the system you received those extras and I told you to keep them free of charge. Customer service will keep me here!

Marlon in North Las Vegas. I have the 8320 w/ the newest 4.5 OS. I have 3 phones on one Unlimited family plan, since they reduced that rate to $99 & then $49 for each phone after that. $200/month isn't too bad--I used to pay that for Nextel's unlimited plan for one phone (how days have changed). I have tried ALL the carriers and have found TMo to be the best in pricing, customer service and just plain getting a signal EVERYWHERE I go. I have had TMo for 4 years.

i was with powertel when tmo took over here in savannah, ga. long ago. they had the best service plans, i also like the idea of the sim card (u break ur phone, get wet, u still have all ur #'s). when tmo came out with the pearl i had to try it and love it till the curve came along. but my plan did not change with the new phone, so paying 19.99 for bb service is fantastic along with 1000min free nights week-ends for 49.99, i can not complain. well yes i can, signal not to good with all the live oaks around, but hey what can u do.

Just wanted to update my post... I sent tmobile an email asking them to bump me to the highest tier on the strongest tower near me and the next morning I have all my signal bars! I love TMOBILE. YAY!!!

Alison - Atlanta, GA , Pearl 8120. Got a blackberry years ago while i still had a phone with Sprint. It was one of the old huge ones so I didn't use it as a phone, I carried 2 devices. TMobile's data plans were by far the cheapest. I then stopped getting my voice mails with Sprint...I'd get them 3 to 4 days later. I called and complained, but they never could fix it. So, I then found the BB Pearl, dropped my Sprint service (even paid to cancel the contract! It was so worth it!) and now am only with TMobile. Very happy with their service and their pricing. I change my plans, no new contract. I buy new phones off of Ebay, no new contract. My old Pearl crashed, I needed RIM for support, and TMO stayed on the phone with me forever. Actually, TMO transferred me to RIM. It was silent so long I thought I was disconnected. It was about 1am, so I gave up and went to sleep. My phone rang about 45 mins later...it was TMO, she was on hold with RIM the whole time, and when she got them on the line she called me back. Now THAT'S service. My contract is up, and the only reason I'll leave is if TMO doesn't get the new Blackberry devices so I hope they negotiate hard for some up and coming Berries!

T-mobile customer in central florida. Basically I've yet to find a carrier that offers what T-mobile does. I've had sprint and cingular before. Never as good as T-mobile

in the above response....can you give me the email address for tmobile?? at work depending if i'm sitting at my desk(most of the day) i have intermittent service and wanted to know if it was something Tmo can do on their end so i can have continuous service while i'm at work.

I have an 8100 for free with NO CONTRACT. I own the business (see www.simonwithey.com) The network is called CLUB, but piggies on T-Mobile UK the same way as virgin mobile does. It's an eat all package. $29.00 (sterling) per month inc VAT. 8p per minute ANY NETWORK ANY TIME, 7p SMS. I can call International for same rate as my landline which is 1p per minute 27/7 with International Saver PLUS a local charge. FANTASTIC

I bet there are a HUGE number of Stackers who could go SIM only ($24.00 sterling) NO CONTRACT and get the same deal as me call 0800 0833 794.

Oh by the way you can get an 0800 number to divert to your landline for $2.00 (sterling) per month NO CONTRACT or to mobile and international for $4.00(sterling) per month NO CONTRACT.

I AM A VERY HAPPY BUNNY!

Matt, from Jacksonville, Florida. Originally started out w/ Cingular then Verizon, only to be royally screwed by both, and had nothing but problems with them the entire time. I switched to Tmobile back in May and to-date, I will be with them for a long time. Great customer support, great attitudes and affordable & reasonable prices/plans!! Started out w/ the Nokia 6133, but quickly switched to the BB Pearl 8100. Thought about snagging the Curve, but I think I am going to wait for the Bold or its predecessor.

Hi, I'm Steve from Atlanta. New to tmobile using a 8320. Why? Price for the phone $50, price for the service plan and the guy at the store really seemed to know his stuff. Made one call to customer service and my call was taken promptly and the girl did exactly what I needed to have done. NEVER got that at Verizon.

Justin chavezPalmdale caBB 8120Reason... Cingular and verizon drives me crazy for their prices and their sucky customer service !!! I waited for about an hour for verizon, and with cingular I was constantly being transfered cause they couldn't help or that was the wrong department .... Ugh
