Calling all T-Mobile customers

As of tomorrow I'll have a new 8320, but I've been with T-mobile well over 10 years if not a litte more. Started when they were Powertel here in Savannah, then Voicestream and here I am. I've stuck with them mainly due to excellent customer service, I was assigned a business rep years ago and my needs are quickly addressed. Oddly enough, I've still got my original rep too; hard to find someone who stays put that long these days.

My only complaints are a crappy signal at my home (soon to be addressed by the 8320's WiFi), and their general slowness to get 3G out. I understand they're trying, but by the time it happens I imagine the other carriers will be up and running with yet the next generation tech.

loyal T-Mo customer (since 05); decent service in philly area (not so great where I currently reside in state college, pa but only here for college)

Eric, T-Mobile has been a good solid carrier for me and my wife. With my wife being a flight attendant we have been able to confirm that coverage across the US and international has been outstanding. She is in a new city daily and our BB Pearls have been great. I love the boards, biggest score was Nutsie, that shits gonna blow up and get sold to a big company for bank, good luck guys and fantastic software!

reason(s) you are with T-Mobile-since 2004 they had SK which was the best monthly plan for any devices back then (i'm deaf myself), switched to SK2 once it came out, my husband has 7290 and service between SK and blackberries sucks big time so when my SK got stolen, took my opportunity to get a bb and love it!! will not leave the bb world! Am still with Tmo only because they have the cheapest unlimited data plan.. their bb dept is the best out of their whole customer services dept though..

Service no issue there been with Tmo off and on for 5yrs,Customer Service is kewl no complaints, service dropped calls can't compain.
I say overall the plans are more conducive then the competitors, worked for Verizon and I have to say they need to make some changes..Love the idea behind the sim card, makes chaging out your phone and I am a avid phone collector...

My name is Tasha from Sac CA & I'm addicted 2 my bb 8320

I originally went 2 tmobile 2 get the sidekick. The past 2yrs have been great, no problems w/ my service & customer service has always been patient & kind.

Tmo is wonderful b/c they have great prices & they let me resign my contract after 18 months so I could get my 8320 @ 4 discount rate! I recommend them ALWAYS!

Wow what a great decision!!! My BB is almost as fun as my notebook. I used to have Spr!nt/Nex+el and could not wait for my contract to expire to come back to +mobile ha ha :P

T-Mobile customer from Omnipoint days... Yes, that long ago. Signed up with Omnipoint back in 1996...loved it so much, I even bought stock. With the VoiceStream takeover and the T-Mobile takeover...I made a nice little bit on that investment. Anyway, I still have the same number for over 10 years ago!.

Whenever I have to call Customer Service, they are always stunned when they see how long I've been a customer and boy, there is little they will not do for me. One said that my records show me as a "Pioneer Customer."

Currently have a three year old BB 7100t... was waiting for 3G to replace it....but the 8320 is looking oh so nice of late.

Jeff...past BB's 7290, 7105t, 8700g present 8100 Pearl...Tampa Bay, Florida...

After 2 years with GTE MobileNet, 9 years with Verizon, 1 year with Sprint I decided to try T-mobile and I'm still with them...Great service, friendly people who try hard too make your experience a great one....

Robin K, south orange county, CA, I was with Cingular forever back when it went from LA Cellular to Airtouch to at&t to cingular and they used to be great, but in 2006 in the OC I wanted to go postal on the poor service!!! And there prices went up like crazy, so I tried tmobile and it is SOOOO much better, so reliable, and inexpensive! Now the UMA and 8320 makes me even more glad to have tmobile

Hiya, I'm Lyndah from Philly curve 8300
I recently moved he U.K to the states with my fiancee and was with Cingular when i tried my first blackberry, i totally got hooked after that. Eventually i broke up with my fiancee and was stuck with no phone (cos he cut me off from our family plan) and not enough credit history in the states to get a contractt phone with stupid cingular. Can you imagine that nonsense !!!!!!!! asked to drop a $500 deposit, i have a great job and everything but i wasn't putting that amount down for a phone, but my blackberry was like crack and i was totally hooked. Well eventually i decided to get up and try t mobile, cos i used them while in the U.K and BAM one time got approved, i was so balckberry starved that i got two at the same time, a pearl and the 8700g -(best phone ever) and now i'm with my curve. So i have three words for at&t .KISS my ****. Ha! how about that. TMOBILE ROCKSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
