As of tomorrow I'll have a new 8320, but I've been with T-mobile well over 10 years if not a litte more. Started when they were Powertel here in Savannah, then Voicestream and here I am. I've stuck with them mainly due to excellent customer service, I was assigned a business rep years ago and my needs are quickly addressed. Oddly enough, I've still got my original rep too; hard to find someone who stays put that long these days.
My only complaints are a crappy signal at my home (soon to be addressed by the 8320's WiFi), and their general slowness to get 3G out. I understand they're trying, but by the time it happens I imagine the other carriers will be up and running with yet the next generation tech.
