Calling all T-Mobile customers

I'm in NYC and I've been with tmo for 7 years. I currently have an 8700g, upgraded from a 7105t.
Family shared plan w/ bb data bundle with 2 other family members. I believe that t-mobile has the best packages and pricing. Their sales reps are pretty curious and helpful. I think one of the areas they can improve on is expanding their coverage area. But other than that, I have to give them 2 thumbs up.

i was sick of sprint (was with them for 6 yrs), so i switched to nextel, nextel's coverage sucked (it may still i don't know) and they raped me with charges, went to cingy cause the girl i was dating wanted free phone to phone but the phone i had crapped out on me within the 1st 6 mos and they wouldn't work with me on pricing for a new phone until i finally told them i'm leaving and to cancel my account then they were willing to work with me, but by then i was fed up it had to get to that point so i went to t-mobile. so far im not a huge fan of their other phones (non bb's) but i like the pearl & the coverage & knock on wood the CS so far has been decent. in fact in houston they have the best coverage & least dropped calls.

i'm like Haydn though, i have no loyalty. not after being with so many different carriers and seeing as how none of them really give a damn about you as a customer once they make you sign that contract.

Rich from Philly here...The Pearl is my first personal smartphone, although I use a Treo at work. Went with T-Mo because they had the best family plan prices and the best unlimited data plan. Next best was Cingular/AT&T, which was at least $10 more a month.

Hey all...
I'm Holly
I have the 8100
I am in Northern Utah
I got T-Mobile because I got a killer deal on my Pearl and had to chose between T-mobile and Cingular... T-Mobile had the better plan for me

Hello everyone,
I'm Missy and I have the BB Pearl with the data plan. I've had the Razr before I upgraded to the BB Pearl. I've been with Tmo for the past 4 years after a two year stint with Sprint. I'm in BKlyn, NY. I also think Tmo is the greatest and the cheapest.

Hi rabroaders
I'm no T-Mobile or US customer but a lover of BB devices. I have every BB device imagineble thanks to my job. Coolest thing is I pay nothing for data usage. rabroad rocks

Reason I'm with T-Mobile: I'm actually a sales rep for T-Mobile but have been a customer prior to working for the company. I used to work for Cingular and left them for TMO. Been a BB user for a while, and loving it.... CANT WAIT FOR THE 8300

T-mobile is great! They have the best area of coverage, they have the best data plans, and with myFaves you can almost have unlimited free calling every month! I was with sprint for 4 years and while they were good they don't beat T-Mo. I still have my sprint phone activated but only for a couple more months until the contract runs out. They didn't want to beat T-Mo's offer so i told them to suck it...they didn't like that

I've been with T-Mobile about 10 days now. Happy so far. Went with them because I needed a family plan and their rates were pretty reasonable and I wanted my phone (the Pearl) to have internet access. T-mo's data plan was easily the best. Also got a great deal and service on the phones from LetsTalk. Plus, Cingular was unwilling to let me add a phone to the "old" family plan I had, so goodbye for now.

So far T-Mobile service has been good. No issues with Pearl, internet or phones. I do notice a couple of dead zones I didn't have before, but I suspect there's a couple of places I have better reception than before, so its a wash...

Dave in Jefferson, Wisconsin. We live in a pretty rural area and T-Mobile is the best overall option. I also feel that T-Mobile has given me very good service over the years. If they tell you something, odds are they're telling you the truth. I'm a serious Apple person, but I can't see spending 400 to 500 bucks for a phone. Given the problems that the iPod screens have had with getting scratched up at the drop of a hat, I'm also a little wary about any possible issues with the iPhone screen.

TMO has always provided me with very good support ,which made me feel that I could give the BB platform a try. Now I have my first BB (8100) and I am in love... So much versatility in such a little device!

Reason For T-Mobile: I work in Retail....... I have T-Mobile.
Actually i like the company's focus on the customer and the service has greatly improved in the Columbus, Oh area (Go Bucks!). I am just not cool with their lack of focus on pushing our technology forward. Whatever...... T-Mobile could totally beat up your mom if they got in a fight.
