Hello all, I'm Neal from Tampa Bay Fl...presently awaiting the arrival of Hurricane Ernesto or Tropical Storm...I use a Blackberry 7105t, it works great and T-Mobile service is great in my area...

My name is Chris I have been a TMO cst for 6 years just got a BB recently love it but am not using it to its full potential due to not having the money for the data plan. College students priorities are always a little out of wack. Liquor before data service. Oh yeah I live in Colorado and pretty new to the stacks.
 
N8, I don't know if you are aware of this, but T-Mobile actually has a specific department in Customer Service for Handhelds and BBs. I have had great experiences with the reps I have dealt with. They have all been very knowledgable.

I originaly had a SK2 but was so unhappy with the constant service interuptions and lack of help I almost left. When my SK2 got stolen from my desk at work (receptionist for a Security company) I started useing my back up phone, motorola V600. Eventualy the the flip connection wore out. I wanted a data phone but wasn't really that excited about haveing to deal with Danger (SK2 software support). Thus I got a blackberry. I love it. The only thing I would chang I getting windows mobile as the OS on my 7105t.
 
hey i'm Dustin, from New Orleans, LA. I have been with TMO for a while now since the end of 03 when my relationship with Cingular went south. I had a 7290 for a while switched to thier SDA phone wich was ok, but I missed my berry so i put my sim back in it and sold the SDA, and i'm about to be on my second 7290
 
I am Adam, living out in Hawaii right now. I have had T-Mobile for about 3 years now and have been very happy with their service. The reason I stay with them is because of their great customer service. Before I got my BB I was a bit miffed about not being able to do certain things with my Motorola V600 only because T-Mobile locked those functions out, but now I have my BB and can do everything I want so far.
 
Moves from T-Mobile To Go as a birthday present; using the 7290. I got a very good deal (Free!). The rate plan is good and as I expect to move to a new position where I will use this for work, the company should pay for my plan, which was discounted anyway.
 
I'm from Cullman, AL and have been with T-mo for 3 years now. I first chose T-mo for two reasons 1. the coverage is great and 2 I loved the Sony T-610. And now BB has combined my two favorite phones of all time the Sony T-610 + BB 7100t = BB Pearl 8100. I love this little phone!
 
Been with tmobile over 3 years ,great service greater prices as compared to other networks.Had a razrv3,upgrade to the 8100p,$19.99 add on unlimited bb data plan.cant go wrong with that.
 
Hello all. Been with T-mo soon to be three years, great service, great prices, great coverage. I was talked into trying T-mo by a neighbor after injuring my Sprint phone. Haven't looked back since ... who can beat good neighbors with good advice?

I currently use an 8700. (patiently awaiting the 8800)
 
I am from Long Beach, California.

I started out on Cingular with the 8700c. I got it unlocked and switched to T-Mobile to save money (I was paying over $110 a month for what I could get for $60 a month on T-Mobile) and I have also updated operating system software and themes (got them from Howardforums.com). I have since recouped my savings by moving to T-Mobile. Cingular custer service was OK (never had a proelbem with them). T-Mobile custer service is great (less times on hold, don't have to repeat myself as many times to get my information across).

I know I will be with T-Mobile for at least 5 1/2 years (TTR or time to retirement).

To recap, T-Mobile has excellent voice/data plans and better customer service. The only regret I have is waiting so long to switch.

Oh yeah, hurry up and get the BB 8800 our for T-Mobile, I need an upgrade fix.
