N8, Nashville....Previously 7105 and now the 8700....
Reason I chose T-Mobile:
A: Reasonable pricing for not only voice plans but also the BIS plan.
B: I have a contact at a local T-Mobile Kiosk that was able to get me a sweet deal on the 7105 initially...
C: TMobile and Cingular are the only 2 carriers here that had the 8700, and to me Cingular is a little too pricey, so I stayed with T-Mobile.
As far as customer service with T-Mobile goes, I would say its on the upper end...Not great by any means, but with these devices, they do seem a little more complicated to troubleshoot for Customer Sevice Reps than regular phones (But thats what rabroad is for right?). Service is okay...Obviously they don't have the greatest network, but it is acceptable.
As far as if whether or not I will stay with TMobile...That all depends...In all honesty I have no corporate loyalty what so ever. If Cingular ever came out with better plans, I would probably switch to them (especially now that you can port numbers).
Will I stay with Blackberry? As long as that new one gets done quickly! Hahaha...I would get a 2nd Blackberry as a "personal one" and probably keep the 8700 for business only...For the future I see myself sticking with Blackberry for the security and stability and the Push Email...Don't see that changing any time soon.
