I am turning 16 in march, so I want to do something fun for my Sweet 16 (nothing outrageous like on the TV show, though.)
So I was thinking of having a Rocky Horror Picture Show themed birthday party. What do you think? Any ideas of what I could do? Should my guests come dressed up like characters, or should I hand out boas, red lipstick, etc. at the party? Any ideas? Thanks!
