Calling all cooks!! I have some marinated chicken breasts, bone-in....?

...I want to fry, then bake!! How long do I bake them??
I will coat with flour and bread crumbs, then brown to get them crispy. Then, I'd like to bake them in a very slow oven, on a rack in pan, for a couple of hours or so.

What temperature and how long do these five chicken breasts need to bake??

Do I need a pan with sides, like a 9 X 13 cake pan or just a short-sided cookie sheet??
