Calling ALL cheerleaders (flyers) and coaches too!?

I am going to be a flyer on my high school team and i have great flexability when i pull a heal stretch or bow an arrow but my scales and scorpions are far from great. Do you have any recommendations for how to grab or some good stretches for me to do everyday? I also don't have good balance when I try to practice them..any tips?? thank you!
