Caller ID doesn't work on my nokia mobile phone? Anyone know why? 10 pts?

I have a nokia 5070. When I recieve calls from any number (even if it is saved in my phone or not) their name or their number doesnt come up. It just calls "Call". Does anyone know how I can make their numbers show or even better, their names...?
Would be a great help
Also, I know for a fact these numbers aren't private.
