Called 911 on my sprint phone and now I get error code 97 when I tried to send a text?

It was to file an assault and when I called I got a beeping noise and then after the 911 call it wouldn't let me send or receive texts. And it won't even let me call or receive calls. I use my phone all night and everything. So how do I fix this?
