I lost my phone today and I desperately need to get a phone nuraber either out of my phone book or call recorRAB. I tried calling customer service, but they said I would have to go to a full service location and put in a request. Well, I can't wait that long. Is there anybody here that works for corporate that can help me? Please please please help me if you can. Thanks in advance.

it takes time to request it out of the database. the corporate locations cannot directly look it up they have to put in a request to have it retrieved.

I just went through this with a customer. At least in my market it takes 7-10 biz days. Although they said that it could take just 3 biz days. The real turn off was how much it costs. I was told it would cost $25 per nuraber, per month for the call log. Ouch.

to clarify it's $25 per month per cricket line, not per nuraber onthe log... the recorRAB go back only 6 months. it will show ALL calls including blocked nurabers. it must be retreived from the switch logs and iis process at admin in san diego i believe (posibly denver)
