call of duty 4 (pc) help???

hi i'm playing cod4 on my pc and i have some hard drive problems witch i need to replace. now, i'm very deep in the game and don't feel like doing it again or loosing my multiplayer ranks. is there any way do move all my data for the game to a external device until i replaced my hdd and put it back again??
 
In your game directory, there is a sub-folder called "players". Back up this entire sub-folder and you should retain all your saved games. As for multiplayer scores, that should be saved on the servers' database.

The tree should look like this:

CoD MW > players > Profiles > YourName > save > autosave
