Call of duty 4 Map Packs PS3?

Well, i want to get the new maps, but i can only get the map packs if i get a debt card or something, and i know where i can get one from Times™ Supermarket for $10.00 but unfortunately, its EXACTLY $10. so i know the map pack for PS3 costs $9.99 and i'm wondering, is it EXACTLY $9.99 or is it adding on tax or something? just curious
