call of duty 4, for 3 other games, good trade?

ok i spent 7 dollars on call of duty 4 for 360, but i beat the game and dont have live so no fun, so this guy wants to trade, gta san andres, for xbox, and midnightclub la for 360, and mirrors edge for 360, is that a good trade.
