Call hearing problems for Samsung Finesse R810?

Yesterday, out of the blue moon, I called somebody they couldn't hear me, I was thinking it was the area I was located. The next call, they can't hear me either, they say I'm fading in and out, and then they can't hear me at all. As far as I remember, I believe I was playing around with the settings on the phone, but I don't remember which ones. The only way, somebody can hear me is if I scream at the top at my lungs, which is repulsive. Customer service can't hear a thing i'm saying, so I'm screwed. Help!
