I have a nextel cell and an ATT cell phone. If i am to forward the calls from the nextel to ATT, would this eat my anytime ATT minutes, or would it only eat Nextels ??

The phone that you picked up to take the call is the one which get its plan mins used. In this case the At&t phones gets its mins used, but only if you answer the call, before it goes to voice mail.
