Call Failed?

I have a 4-line plan with T-Mobile. My wife has had a couple of generic little Nokia flip phones during the entire time that I have had the array of BlackBerrys that are in my sig. The other two lines are for my teenagers. Whenever I call my wife's cell from my current 7105t (and, previously, from my other BBs), the call is perfect. Never dropped, always clear, sometimes 30 minutes of enchanting conversation. However, when we hang up there is always a "Call Failed" note in the Phone Log on my handheld. Always, no matter how long the call is, whether she answers or not, if I call her my Blackberry says "Call Failed". It's done it on all of my BlackBerrys. It doesn't do it when I call my kid's mobile phones -- only my wife's. The calls are fine, the network is purrfect, but why do I get a "Call Failed" note in the log?
 
call your carrier and see if theres any known network issues in your area.
Other option is it might be your SIM card. I've seen customers complaining of terrible service, or dropped calls, and if the phone isn't defective, it's usually the SIM. Try your SIM in a different phone, see if it makes a difference, then try a new SIM.
