California State law?

My sister just graduated high school, and is now 18 years old, now she is acting like a b#$%$, Does anyone know what the rights are for my mom legally, to kick her out or what do we need to provide her with as she is living here? any help is appreciated
 
If your sister is 18 your parents no longer have a legal requirement to support her in any way if they choose not to. They can simply ask her to leave their house and your sister would legally have to comply. If she did not comply then your parents could contact the police to have them compel her to leave. If she returns your parents could have her arrested for trespassing on private property. Of course, please don't confuse your parent's legal rights with their moral and ethical responsibilities as parents. Best of luck.
