Ok, this is a bit complicated but I'll try to explain as best as I can.I got my learners permit last week. I live in N.C. and I am required to have a learners permit for 12 months.My family is moving back to California in the summer, and I know that there you are only required to have your permit for 6 months.So let's say we are moving back in July. That means I will already have my permit for 5 months.So I don't quite understand what I'm supposed to do.Will they count those five months, and then just require me to have the permit for one more month, or will I have to take the drivers education course all over again there and then get a California learners permit for 6 months.I hope it makes sense.
