i was wondering... what happens if there was 5 adults (all over 18) in my car including me and someone in the backseat had drugs or something... who would get the blame? would it be me?
However, if a cop saw drugs in the car, and no one admits to it, there's a slight chance your car can be towed, and you the driver/registered owner can end up getting a ticket for having contraband in the car (same applies to alcohol, if no one in the car is over 21 years old).
