Honda scooter that is...? Can I drive a Honda Scooter that is to low Horse power to drive on highways anyway and you don't need a motorcycle license to drive. If you have a motorcycle permit you can drive but with no passengers, during daylight hours, and not on highways i think so shouldn't I be able to drive the scooter with a Class C permit? wouldn't the same kinds of rules apply? (I really dont want to wait to for hours in line at the DMV to ask this question, i will probably half to though anyway)
well I happen to know you don't need a motorcycle license of any kind to drive this scooter. A class C is enough. thats why im wondering if It would be legal for me to drive it only during daylight hours untill i get my full Class C license.
