I need to subpoena bank, time card, and apartment applications for an MSC. My ex-wife is hiding income and I need the documents to support witness testimony. She claims to make less than $1000.00 per month but makes car payments and her apartment complex requires a minimum income of $3000.00 per month with proof of income. I have witnesses willing to testify she works 10 hours per day for 4-5 days per week with an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour.
