(california)-can I get an injunction if I post emails on my site?

Doesn't that violate my freedom of speech? Because I am not slandering the name of the person with false statements. The emails that I am talking about were not forwarded to me; this is a conversation I had with a friend. He never stated that the emails should be kept private. The emails do not contain any pictures, it's simply a conversation we had. He wants to place an injunction because I am posting emails and I am using his name but I am not profiting from the site. They are facts and I have the evidence. Can a court stop me from speaking when it's not slander? Someone who he is associated to him sent me a threatening message, that I should hide well if I release any information.
