Anyone else having extreme pixellization and about 2-3 audio dropouts per minute?

Already having a bad day and at my wit's end with $haw.

Are you getting massive audio and video dropouts?

I am on $haw, and trying to figure out if it's par for the course for them or a source issue.
 
I'm watching Flames PPV via Directv and no problems during the intermission(interview with Phaneuff and the play by play guys).
 
Yes, it was happening every 2 mins and would last for a couple seconds at a time, usually 3 or 4 times in a row, then be fine for another 2 mins or so. I just stopped watching it.
 
It was fine by the end of the first, so I was wondering if it was a Shaw issue or source issue.

The feed I'm referring to is the AltitudeHD broadcast and not the Flamesppv.
