I have been doing Zumba lessons for the last few weeks and my right calf is hurting during the class really badly. I wouldn't say it was like a sharp cramp...more like a dull aching pain. It lasts thru the class and then when I am done...it goes away. 2 mintues into the next class...it is back.
I drink a lot of water, take a multi-vitamin everyday, and take a potassium supplement...as well as eat bananas and things. Oh ya, and I do warm-up before class.
So, what is going on? How can I help this problem? Is there some sort of device that I could put around my calf that would lesson the pain during exercise?
Thanks in advance!
