Calculus (Curve Sketching): What do i do since i can't get any x-intercepts?

Okay, I have f(x)= (x^2 - 6x + 12)/(x-4)

So to get the x & y intercepts, I have to do:
F(x)=0 and f(0)

So how do I get the x-intercepts?
Factoring doesn't work and with the quadratic
Formula I get a negative under the radical..
