im a regular coffee drinker and cant seem to function as well without it, and i also play soccer. so i was wondering if i should consume caffeine before a game or practice?i heard that athletes who consumed a energy bar containing caffeine could run faster and longer than they could without it. so is it a good idea to eat a caffeine energy bar to help my focus and fitness?what is a good bar to try?

Well honestly i would suggest a healthier alternative.Superpump 250 is a pre workout energy blend.Works great and no caffeine. Also really the price for all those things over the long run is more than the actual supplement where you will probably have better and healtheir results. While on the superpump,i could do a heavy workout and still run almost x2 what im used to without feeling tired or weak.

It is not recommended. It will speed your heart rate up, and along with the exercise it could possibly make you sick. I would recommend eating a good meal a couple of hours before which could give you energy. Do it naturally, its better for you by far.
