Today I test drove the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V and I thought it was an absolute beast, one of the best cars I have driven, I'm probably going to buy it as a 3rd car. Is it a good car? Is it OK to buy it now with GM possibly going down? I got a great deal on it and I think I want to go ahead with it. What are your thoughts on the car?

Sexiest car everr :) LOL i wish i could buy one. If you can then yea you should buy it. I dont really think that GM's state will really have any affect on it.

Even if GM declares bankruptcy they wont go "down" they will just restructure. As far as the CTS-V goes, i love it, it IS a beast, And as far as I can surmise you can't find a better performance "saloon". At least not for the money.

It is the quickest production sedan you could buy in America.
Faster than BMW M5, Audi RS6, and Mercedes E63 AMG.

It is a great car and it is one of the few American cars I would buy.

If GM goes down, you could stil use your warranty and buy parts.
