cadillac brougham question..how much would it cost to replace the vinyl top on

a '91 cadi brougham? it's full of cracks and i'm worried about the possibility of rust underneath.Is there any way to seal it temporarily? I got the car recently and want to cherry it out. Do body shops do vinyl tops?
