cadillac bar on shepherd on a friday or sat nite?

ok so my boyfriend is turning 21 and i want to take him to the cadillac bar on shepherd but i think i may be taking children and young teenagers. never been in there and it may be a stupid question but is it ok if i take children and young teenagers in there on a friday or sat nite?
