i have a 96 cadillac seville. it died one day and nothing would work, not the windows or anything powered. i bought a new battery for it, put it in, and it started. every now and then after that it would do the same thing it did before. i got it towed to a garage one day when it refused to start for a day straight. they said it was a loose starter cable, they fixed that and it ran. i brought it home and the next morning i went to start it and it did the same thing it had been doing. i took it back again and got a read out done and it was definitely the starter. they replaced the starter, a 525 dollar fix. it ran fine and i took it home. one hour later i went to start it and it wouldn't start. do you have any idea what this is?? the radio works, the windows and the locks work but when i go to turn the key, nothing happens. its just silence...? this garage definitely did not rip me off. ive been going there for years and hes a friend of my family. what could this be?
