Cable problem and phone freeze

Im using Santel 18in1 Usb-cables and i have cable for Z140V but cant use it to read or unlock phone using usb-smart and nsdongle :/
When i used nsdongle it got connected for 1sec but after that it died and after that the phone is freezed.

for unlocking Z140 you need phone modem port.. since santel cable don't use phone modem, but pure rs232 it's not working..

buy an standaard Z140 usb cable.. it will fix all your problems
