I was having problems with my internet so I disconnected everything and I have a cable splicer with tv and internet. I unscrewed them both and once I touched the cable cord coming out of the wall I got a small jolt and I didn't think you could get shocked by them, anyhow then I put the cable part on the splicer on the metal part and I could see little white sparks and could hear it too. Is this normal?
Cable cord shocked me don't know why, is this normal?
