c75 dead unable to connet with papua but can update with winswup

my c75 goes to servicemode ok with papua

but cant read esn and bootkey
when i go for pause function

i got error

Auto Ignition...
Transfer boot...
Boot not loaded!
Invalid BootKEY or not properly joined TP!!
Boot released.

i made correct TP
chacked many times
what is invalid boot key
how to repair?

also i can flash with winswup
 
..check your cable (which type is your cable?). Papua used the data cable (serial, like DCA500 or USB to serial, like DCA510 - pins 5 and 7 connected to ground with 10Kohms resistor).
