c72 java midlet file not found

got this orange c72 with sw version 16 for unlock...
i tranfered the midlet into java/app folder both jad and jar
when i tried to run it in phone it says file not found....whats that about am i doing something wrong....i unlocked many phones with same midlet and same procedure.....but this one is weird.....
any suggestion...
 
Don't put JAR and JAD
Copy both files in any folder and transfer that folder to Phone
it won't say anymore file not found.
Do and post the result.
